These are pretty essential if you have an old Toyota truck and really want to haul loads. The stock suspension is useless and the old style "air shocks" while cheaper do not last more than a few years in my experience. I have the same truck with an older version of these tires, the new ones say "goodyear" on the rubber. Well the old model definitely rides smoother, they're a bit stiff but they soften over time. If you often drive on winding roads, you will notice a significant improvement in handling.
