Very happy with this ice cream maker. I bought my mother as a gift, but in the end I use it myself, since my son is a big fan of ice cream. To get a Soviet ice cream, I recommend using only cream. It doesn't make a lot of noise so it doesn't bother you at all. The process can be observed through a transparent cover. I've been using it for almost a year, no complaints about the device
