Perfect replacement for a broken hot water faucet

After about 15 years in mineral rich Southern California water, the hot water faucet on our Bunn Dual Soft - Thermal Coffee Maker has so much mineral build up accumulated that it constantly dripped from it. Luckily, it's very easy to swap out: the silicone hose inside slides off the metal tube protruding from the back, and a single nut holds the faucet in place. It actually took a lot longer to drain some hot water from the reservoir (to avoid flooding when I picked up the pipe) than it actually took to replace it. The people in our kitchen are much happier now.
