Habitrail OvO Dwarf Hamster Habitat is a great special habitat for our hamster cage village. , and the tees have a reduced inner diameter and are therefore ideal for dwarf hamsters. Assembly can be tricky if this is your first Habitrail system, so I've put together a demo video showing the components and how they fit together. The pod is basically the same size as other rounded Habitrail systems/habitats, including an impeller that mounts the same way and has the same 7+ inch diameter as other Habitrail habitats. The connecting rings are firmly connected and cannot be chewed by passengers. Marked as "escape proof" and I can trust mum and dad won't have to worry about those escapes as there are no bars to spread and the holes close securely. The hoses are very well ventilated. , as well as the system to prevent these problematic drafts. The wheel carrier is both a feeding bowl and a hiding place for hamsters or mice. It is opaque and creates a nice dark space for a greater sense of security. Disassembly and cleaning is very easy as you can put your pet in the carrier, change the bedding, change the food and rinse tubes and pods. Excellent system for a child with adult supervision. In fact, it's also a great opportunity for an elementary school child to learn how to follow instructions and assemble a system from many parts.
