Soft, well tailored, feels warm enough

Just bought for my daughter. She is 5 years old but she often wears a 6-8 so I bought her a size 7-9 and it was just right for her to last a while. It's probably too thin (not insulated enough) for extreme cold/snow and not waterproof, but we're in Texas so I think it's fine for our needs like biking to school. In fact, I liked that it's quite soft and flexible. I'll update the review as needed once it's proven worthwhile.
