If I could give this 10 stars I would get it! My little one grew out of his newborn teddy bear's diaper and just crawled out as soon as he was laid down. He's also been a giant hand sucker/face buried in his arms/hands since he was in the womb and this diaper/sleeping bag gives him the comfort of swaddling but has the freedom he needs to comfort himself and his hands cheer up if he wants to. My only complaint is the center part and the width between the sleeves is a little tight/small for 0-3 months. My baby is 2 months and 2 weeks old and weighs only 38 percentile. While he may have a slightly bulging stomach, he's not exactly a chubby kid or tall for his age. I read reviews that the next size up was too big for a 3 month old, so I went with the tiny 0-3 month old anyway. Still great, just wish the arms were more proportional in width like the bottom half of the bag to have a little more room for more freedom. Also, it's great to help with his startled reflex.
