EDIT: After writing my first review I wanted to come back and say that wearing no show socks with them isn't that bad. I wore them to a college football game with lots of campus walks and they did the job. You get what you pay for so for the price this is a decent shoe. If I had paid more I would have gotten a more comfortable and supportive shoe. For this reason I am changing my 3 stars to 4 stars. These sneakers are adorable, but just not comfortable. I tried them on and walked around a bit and after a few minutes they started hurting my legs. The sides are too high on my ankles and chafe. Despite the fact that the toe box is quite wide, they rubbed the inside of the toe joint. They have almost no support and they just don't fit. I think if I wear them for a while, especially when walking, they would rub on my legs. It's a shame because I like the way they look but it's just not worth how they feel :(
