WaterSentinel has let me down.

I was quite dissatisfied with my buying experience at WaterSentinel. Their website was simple to use, but they fell short in the customer care department. I had problems speaking with their staff because of my foreign accent, and they were generally unhelpful. The refrigerator components and add-ons I bought also turned out to be of poor quality. I had trouble installing them, and their durability was less than I had hoped. I called customer support, but they weren't much assistance in fixing the problem. Overall, my time spent in the WaterSentinel store did not leave me satisfied. DIY aficionados should look elsewhere, and especially those whose first language is not English.
