It's very easy to use once you understand how it works. In my case I was working as an entrepreneur helping other entrepreneurs launch new products or services by providing them resources like mentors/advisors that can help build out businesses from scratch. This tool helped me structure all those activities into one place so they could be tracked easily across time. Nothing really but overall great experience! Definitely recommend this product if someone wants to track what he/she does day-to-day. For some reason we had issues getting our tasks done within certain dates set up via Google Calendar which made us look bad sometimes.
