Great griddle in my review
Bought this on early access prime day, and glad I did. I bought this and the 12in. frying pan like it. I really like them. I was interested in getting rid of the Teflon coated pans, in addition to having heavier pan, for even heating. Both pans accomplished that. They take longer to heat up due to the heavier weight.but that is OK, that means things will not burn as easily as they do in thin frying pans. They are very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend.
