Review on Busy Baby Deluxe Walker by Fat Brain Toys - Promotes Development and Fun! by Randi Heleotes

I don't usually write bad reviews but this one is different and I wish other parents knew about this toy. Everything about it works as advertised except for one major, potentially very dangerous bug. That said, its wheels tend to loosen and fall off. Our little son is just learning to walk. The day we opened this rollator he was so excited. He grabbed the steering wheel and stepped forward. After about 10 minutes of play, I found that one of the wheels was loosening, so I tightened it again with an allen wrench. Just in case I re-tightened all 4, this time they were too tight and when my son squeezed them the whole block tipped forward and fell! Okay, maybe I made a mistake and made them too tight. Two days later we tried again, this time I tightened them up. After about a 15 minute walk about half a block, 2 bikes moved away, but I don't think I understood it right away. And suddenly they both fell, the apparatus tipped on its side, the son lost his balance, but luckily I was able to pick him up in time. What scared me was that as soon as I turned my head, my son tried to put a 4" screw in his mouth and it came out with the wheels.tldr: The wheels came off and the 4" Screws have been exposed, unsafe for children.
