They have been incredibly helpful since we started working together last year! Their team has really helped us understand our needs, they are always available for questions or concerns, their processes make sense, and I honestly don't think there's anything that isn’t great about them.
The only thing I wish was different would be maybe more flexibility around project scope but other than that everything is perfect. It just takes some time getting used to all things nimble; however once you get it down pat your process flows will become second nature, so no worries. Our current implementation includes multiple services such as Stripe Subscriptions (Payment Processing), Slack Notifications/Revenue Updates, Zapier Integrations (Salesforce CRM).
