(written 4/11/19) I recently received an Acer laptop from a friend who couldn't get it to work anymore. While I'm not sure what it did to its hard drive, after investing in a few parts like an SSD and reformatting the laptop, it works fine, but part of my problem was that it was the power cord to the laptop lost fountain. So I did a little research and found out the model number of the laptop (acer e5-573g-52g3) and then searched for the ones that are compatible with that model. This was in my price range, arrived quickly, worked great for the model I had, the chord length I think was pretty standard for any laptop and will without question service it. It took a little longer than I expected for the laptop to fully charge from a dead battery, but I don't blame the power cord as this laptop has been used (to the point of having to be reformatted due to heavy gaming use had to). ) before I received it, so that's a factor I take into account. While using the laptop, the charge remains normal. I will write an update after a longer period of use if there have been any changes.
