I saw comments about how wide these shoes are, which made me very happy. I have wide feet so I figured they would fit me. I got 9 because it basically said they should be the same as street shoes. Honestly, it's about 1/2 size bigger! A good fit for ballet flats should be almost like a second skin. In fact, they would fit better if they had a drawstring at the top to tighten them. One more note: the pink is just a little bright. No big deal. I use them for adult dance classes with no dress code, just for fun. I can let them work for my purposes and don't have to worry about exchanging them. However, if I was serious about dancing, I wish my shoes were tighter. The shade of pink will also be questionable for some dance studios, but will likely suit most. I find them reasonable for the price. Just note that this is a really wide shoe made by a man with wide feet.
