We have been using Ooma Office for about 18 months and have had great success. We use Lynx modules for all extensions and most of the time it's a virtual admin unless we have someone on reception to answer the phone. You can easily switch between calls at office.ooma.com. We use separate cordless DECT 6.0 phones for each extension. Transfer/conference is easy, as is a 3 digit call between handsets. If you take the time to study the product, you will find that the cost savings of this product compared to using a full-fledged VoIP system from your ISP makes it very worthwhile.
