I was skeptical at first because I've used so many hair products in the past, but this has really helped my frizzy hair. I liked that this product is all natural and free from harmful chemicals found in other shampoos and conditioners. On first use I noticed my roots were much cleaner, it seemed to remove quite a bit of buildup and oil without stripping my hair. The air conditioning is amazing too and a little goes a long way. I like to leave the conditioner in my hair during the shower for as long as possible before rinsing it out; It really helped my lower section of hair by taking the curl and it feels so much stronger. I can only recommend this set and will buy it again as soon as it is used up
