Edit 03/20/18 I ordered a case in November 2017 but didn't use it until the iPhone X arrived mid December so I had it for about 3 months. and the housing clip is completely broken off. For a military spec case, a failure within 3 months is totally unreasonable. According to Zizo's website, their product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects, but this is reduced to 30 days when purchased from Revain. The company rep was very kind in offering me a replacement for $5.65 S&H. But after reading other people's reviews, it turned out that the glitch is very common. I will not look for a replacement and look for other products. I love it and will most likely buy it again or recommend it to others mainly because of the great customer service. Pros: great price, durable and sturdy. I'm lucky I only fell 3ft at this point, it's not much but it did its job of protecting the phone, I felt it could take a bigger fall but I won't test it . Easy to put on and take off. Cons: The first case had a little quality problem, as you can see in the picture, the outer shell stretches a little at the quiet bottom, leaving a small gap between the outer shell and the silicone bump. absorbent material. It's barely noticeable, but after a few days the mute button became difficult to reach. Contact the support team, they will reply with several solutions almost immediately, but unfortunately they did not help to fix the problem. It just seems like a bad outer shell. Instead of just sending me a new shell, they immediately send me a new replacement unit. Customer service is excellent. The second case worked perfectly. The tamper jar that came with the case was magic. You align it to the screen, fix it with stickers, clean the screen well, take it off and slide your finger over it, like magic it sticks to the screen and there are no air bubbles! The finish is smooth, as is the glass panel itself. The only complaint I have is the lack of fingerprint protection. A phone call or multiple text messages, the glass will be covered in fingerprints. I'm concerned enough that I take a cleaning cloth with me to wipe down a few times a day. Something Zizo should think about improving. If anyone can help me with this I will change my rating to 5 stars. The belt clip is strong and holds the phone in place, but it's not possible to remove the phone from the clip with one hand. You need to hold the latch with one hand and remove it from the case with the other hand. This is a belt clip and should only be accessible with one hand. When walking downtown, I often find myself putting my bag on the floor to get my phone. If you have a way to take out the phone with one hand, please let me know. Sorry there were more cons than pros but I still love this case especially with the strong customer service behind their product!
