The bracelet link remover is poorly designed and does not work. Not only do the pins not come out easily with the tool, but the tip of the tool breaks when you try to use it as intended. Apparently the seller knows about the broken pin because they give you TWO additional clues. We broke ALL THREE clues trying to get links but never got enough links to get the bar to the right size. We return the group. Such a disappointing experience. Save yourself a headache and frustration and don't buy this product!
