
After learning that some of the light in the green spectrum, like blue light, affects melatonin production and circadian rhythms, I ended up using glasses with red tints rather than more transparent ones . blue color blockers that I used before. Lastly I use Safetyblue glasses which are very effective but too good. I did notice a difference with the clearer lenses, but they blocked enough light that it was almost like wearing sunglasses in a dark room. Also, they distorted the colors when I watched the streaming show. I was looking for an alternative and they turned out to be a good choice. They are lightweight and quite comfortable to wear. They don't block as much light and change colors minimally, but I didn't notice any difference compared to the more blocking goggles I've used. I think they are worth trying.
