When I'm detailing cars in the summer heat, I'm interested in the initial smell and how long it lasts. Spraying in a clean cabin and on the carpet with a few or more sprays under the seats and under the feet of both driver's side passengers is an easily recognizable odor. After using half the bottle I refilled it with water and the smell didn't seem to go away. This is the most stubborn smell, but it is permanent in the heat and lasts longer in winter or cold weather.
