Review on SweetProcess by Ryan Sandell

I like how user-friendly this program is to use, as well as all of their features are great! Their customer support can sometimes be slow but they do work hard at getting back to you quickly once your ticket has been escalated up to them! Nothing so far that i dislike about using Sweet Process for my day job! We have used Sweet Processing in our clinical lab setting where we send patient samples out to different technicians or labs to run tests/assays - this software allows us to create SOP's within minutes of being done sending off test requests by email!! It also helps track results which saves time spent calling other people looking down each lab sheet asking "who did what?". This process speeds things up tremendously between patients who need similar assays running simultaneously. Also, there’s no better way than having everything written down right away instead of searching through old emails later when an important result comes around. Having documentation ready immediately means less mistakes being made because someone forgot something from.
