. I asked for these for our 3YO. He is a bit petite, so size XS (3-4T) is too big for him. For the record, he's about 38 inches tall and the shorts hit below the knees. So if you are aiming for a gangster look, these could be perfect. !With a "normal" Size for 3 years they are likely to fit a bit looser and will last up to 4 years old. Pants have drawstrings, which are functional, not decorative, so technically he could wear them now. The stitching and overall construction is quite good, which is what you would expect at this price point. they are neither cheap nor expensive. Given the build quality, I expect them to last, so that's valuable. No complaints, hence 5 stars!
