Too soft and grippy

Unfortunately, this board is too soft and thick on the bottom and the surface of the board clings to puzzle pieces like Velcro. It's hard to tell if the pieces really fit together if they move up and down as you place them, then you can't move a group of pieces from one area to another at all. We found it distracted us from solving puzzles, so we brought the board back.
