Order down a size for best fit!

I followed the advice on other reviews and chose to size down. I am normally a small and ordered an xs and it fits perfectly! I got this for my Velma Halloween costume this year and it is perfect! I also love that it’s a skort so I don’t have to worry about it coming up all night!
