Doesn't work at all

Doesn't work at all. I have used it on my carpet where my dog has already had an accident. It wasn't visible at all, and thin bits of shag were visible all over the carpet, glowing in different colors. It can't be that it was just tiny drops of urine, so what does it show? Who knows, but that doesn't help determine the boundaries of the urine stain.
