Looks exactly as shown. Just received, tried on and walked over my carpet. Very convenient. I ordered 8.5 but they are a bit longer than the regular 8.5. I have a feeling that if I get 8 they might be too small. Normally I can wear large sizes, but they also fit me with moderate bursitis. They feel like a good pillow but not sure if they will last very long. I will keep them. If they lose the sponge pad I will add support. I wouldn't buy it if you are an avid runner or do aerobic exercise. I'm a massage therapist and a walker so I'll use them for that. . Overall they are well made, comfortable, beautiful and good value for money. I would say come on!
