To be honest I've only heard bad things about the included micro SD cards so I made a backup to avoid the worst. something is damaged and the device can no longer function. After watching YouTube videos and getting new micro SD cards I was able to install a better operating system and I'm really glad I did because I like this one better. You don't need to be overly tech-savvy to understand this device, and Android is rumored to be out now, so that's exciting too. I would also like to point out that their shipping cost went down a bit after my purchase and the company refunded me the difference, so that's great too!
