I lost one of the quick disconnects that came with my binoculars when switching between the GlassPak and neck strap. Couldn't find a replacement on the Vortex website so I bought this set of straps hoping it would work. I'm glad I did. Much more reliable than the original quick couplers; great upgrade. Cut off unnecessary connectors and thread the ties into the harness where the old connector ties were held. As an added bonus, I've been able to take unused connectors and attach them to my neck strap, making switching between the chest strap and neck strap an easy task, and there's a lot less chance of losing the connector now that I never have to remove it from my binoculars for example.
