Review on Thermaltake CL F083 PL20SW A by Brian Whitmore

I attached a video showing the only setup they will do. I even bought another controller (from Thermaltake, made for them) and the same result. I spent hours trying to get it to work because I thought I was doing something wrong. I even emailed their support back and forth for over a week (it takes them 48-72 hours to reply each time) and they kept telling me I was an unsupported motherboard. Then why didn't the controller work? And it's an ASUS Rog Strix motherboard with full Aura Sync support, and I spent $40 on their "special" controller that syncs with Aura Sync. However, they kept saying that I either connected it wrong or my motherboard is not supported. Terrible customer service. Spending $160 (with a custom controller) for fans that barely light up and do nothing that's advertised was a huge disappointment. They didn't even accept the fact that they might be evil. I expected a lot more from Thermaltake.
