It does not work as described
Ordered to convert optical to coaxial audio. Revane explained that it could work both ways. But not like this. I get no signal at the coax end no matter how many times I tried. I tried to return but somehow Revain changed the return pages on their website which used to be easy. I had to run and be referred to a BOT (automatic assistant?) which wasted a lot of time but didn't allow me to complete the refund request. I'm not sure if Revain changed their return strategy, but now I'm stuck on this useless thing. If Revain starts making it more difficult to return defective or unusable items,
