I usually buy uncut buns. I found them for about half the price and decided they were worth a try. They are perfect for steaks. They are more like a hard plastic cake made of stretchable stretch material that is typically used to make rolls. At first I was concerned. I've tried about 30 bags so far and they seal better than any other vacuum bags I've used. They cope well with items with liquid and freeze them with ease. I'm glad I tried them.
