I bought a ClearStream 2MAX Indoor Outdoor HD antenna to replace my Leaf 30 HDTV antenna based on a YouTube video recommendation by "Antenna Man". The Leaf was first installed indoors and did a good job (no previous comparable antenna) but it gave only a weak intermittent signal from the desired local Fox channel (VHF) (19 miles away). Then I placed the leaf outside. This gave a slightly improved signal but remained intermittent (there was no more than it was). With the new ClearStream 2MAX installed in the same location as the Leaf it got a very strong and clear signal from Fox and added 11 new transmitters that I didn't have before. It came with an indoor stand that came in handy. unstable and poorly designed. There's enough plastic that I'm a little worried about durability in direct sunlight. Installing the unit outdoors using the included hardware was fairly easy and felt pretty solid. Since the mounting screw heads aren't much larger than the holes provided, I think they must have included washers (which I used). The instructions could have been much better, but the installation is not really difficult. After the first results I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it.
