This brush set and the price were hard to beat. I'm 38 years old, but I've never really practiced the art of makeup. I figured this brush set would suit my needs perfectly and they wouldn't break the bank. I like their color (mint and black). The bristles are soft, they might feel a bit synthetic for those more experienced with different types of brushes than me, but it might seem overkill for those who care because they don't cost an arm and a leg; I haven't lost a single bristle yet. Even if they don't last long, I won't get too excited because I paid less than $5! I realized I had a lot of eyeshadow and other makeup powder that I didn't have a brush for and that caused me to stop wearing it. Now my makeup doesn't go to waste and I have enough money to share with my daughter without worrying about her ruining it. My 7 year old loves to dress up and we are already having a lot of fun with this set. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I had to laugh when I saw a woman selling cosmetics live on social media showing a set of brushes with the same number of brushes as here, they were on sale for $299! I was even happier that I received this set after seeing it. Try it. You have nothing to lose, especially since Revain cares so much about making sure customers are happy with their purchases. I'm going to buy my mom a purple set soon. I like them that much and she admired them when I got them so I should buy her own. Maybe my 7 year old will even get her own set.
