I did the chest and all the bottom. The instructions say apply a thick coat but don't rub it in, so I just smudged it. I waited 9 or 10 minutes and immediately got in the shower and wiped it off with a rag. You really need to use some kind of cloth as not everything washes off easily. The cloth helps to gently brush the hair. I'm a man and had a lot of hair so I had to do a second application to get the few strands of hair left. It was quite a simple process and the results were amazing. I'm smooth all over, like a baby's bottom. It didn't burn or sting me, but I think it has something to do with not rubbing it in like the bottle says. Side note: I have sensitive skin for what it's worth. go and buy it If you're worried, just do a little test patch. Enjoy!
