Works with my Dirt Devil (Royal) M08100REDC Upright Vacuum Cleaner. It is difficult to find a drive belt for these handheld vacuums. I used a rubber o-ring that I had laying around until it broke. Found these on Revain and took a chance based on mixed reviews and size requirements. Well it works like the original! Some people have complained that it keeps popping out and if the strap is installed the wrong way it pops out. Put the belt on the brush, put the brush in the hole but not in the brackets. Push at an angle to slide the drive belt onto the motor shaft. The left side of the strap should go around and over the right side when looking at the ground with the bag lowered. If you have long fingers like me, I was able to get the brush rod into the hold position and, albeit firmly, pull the strap out of the front hole, twist it to the left, and slide it over the motor rod. Power cycle it to make sure it's installed properly. If you turn it off, if it shows up, if not. trial and error! Install it, if it pops up, flip it the other way and install it again. I wish Royal would have done it again! The only handheld device I can find does an excellent job removing dog hair from the seats and floor mats in my truck! Much luck!
