Really Good on my review.

They works really well for the most part.Only thing I would change would be to make the plastic knobs on the bottom of the rope grip more. Maybe make them rubber or coat them in rubber.When the knobs touch each other during certain exercises they slip off each other making it hard to keep even on things like hammer throws ex. But for the money it is a great find for sure
