Ordered a pair of these. I opened the first one and noticed damage to the tree at the location of the eccentric locks on the main body. I immediately repackaged it and didn't open the second one. Got a refund immediately. I noticed on the boxes that they still had the label from the previous buyer. Someone in VA. Good. So it was probably returned by this person and sold again without being checked or sorted out. Revain needs to improve quality control or at least warn the manufacturer to stop shipping damaged goods. See photo. Everyone can see it. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for.
