Review on X-ACTO Commercial Grade 24x24 Square Guillotine Trimmer by Amber Perez

I was so happy to get this paper cutter for our office. I laminate a lot and cut 11 x 18 pages. Spring. I put in my first page, put my hand down, and all she did was fold the page. I tried again and it made a rough, ragged 2 inch cut and folded the rest of the page. I've tried everything to get this trimmer to work but it didn't work so I returned it. Then I bought Swingline and the same thing happened. I do not understand. I've been using paper cutters since 1983 and have never had anything like this. I've been disgusted with the quality of the products lately. Glued together without testing or quality control. Wow, hiss!
