Review on 🔥 GE WB44T10011 Oven Range Stove Bake Element Assembly – Replace WB44T10059, 820921, AH249286, EA249286, PS249286, B003BIGDEA by John Stowers

The holes for fixing the element to the back of the stove are not drilled like the original. I made the mistake of forcing the unlock by inserting the screws at an angle. It was almost a disaster. DO NOT DO THAT. The screw obviously touched metal (not visible during installation), and then a small rumble and fire. 220 V - you understand. The repair has become much more difficult, but for the sake of clarity I'll stick with the element. I checked that there was no short in the element, drilled holes so that they lined up properly with the screw holes, but not so much that it wasn't securely fastened and made good contact with the back of the oven to ground, and installed the element. If it weren't for the uneven holes it would be easier. It's still worth every penny as it saved me from buying a new oven. UPDATE: I installed this item in late December 2020. I just turned on my oven and the element is not getting hot. He worked for five months and now he needs to be replaced. I do not recommend this item. After reading other reviews, this is not an isolated issue. Low quality. DO NOT BUY
