I've been using this product as my main nutritional source for almost 9 months and it's a champ! It may take a little longer to heat up than other burners BUT for the money you really can't expect turbo heat can you? Once heated, the hobs do an excellent job, whatever my needs. I bought a HORRIBLE Samsung Gas Stove which has forced me to use this product for the past year as I use legal channels to get them to do the right thing after having my product returned due to an incompetent Samsung Authorized Service with several technicians (save yourself a lot of grief and don't buy Samsung gas stoves!). This burner was a godsend - read the instructions and enjoy, it's awesome!
