Review on Canon EOS 5D Mark II Body Camera by Agata Kamia-Jabo ᠌

Nothing unusual, normal product.

If you use this camera in an environment with adequate lighting, such as a studio or outside during daytime hours, the resulting photographs will have a high level of quality. But, if the lighting is complicated, such as around twilight or when dragging shadows from RAV, the noise level will already be between ISO 200 and ISO 400. If you shoot at ISO 800, 1600, or higher, there appears to be no noise; yet, evidence of intra-chamber noise reduction are obvious to the naked eye; as a result, the picture becomes less detailed and more blurry. Because the white balance might be off even when the installation is done manually, I don't usually speak much about automation. If you shoot in artificial light, you almost always need to correct the bb in a rav converter. This is because artificial light has a different color temperature than natural light. There is a terrible flickering that occurs when shooting video in artificial lighting conditions. This flickering can sometimes be eliminated by changing the shutter speed, but this does not always help. The 5D Mark II's 21-megapixel sensor is the device's most significant shortcoming. The businesspeople in charge of marketing Kenon came up with the "genius" concept of decreasing the size of the microlenses while simultaneously increasing the amount of megapixels. After that, we pose a question to ourselves since, given the circumstances, noise, color distortion, and various other unanticipated occurrences are bound to take place. After all, the physical laws haven't been overturned just yet, have they? It makes no difference, the engineers from Kenon stated; we will install a new processor that has severe noise reduction, and that will get rid of all of these issues! On the other hand, if you do not perform an autopsy on this model, then it should not be too difficult to get rid of it and achieve a result that is satisfactory. Fixes are only desirable for the L-series cameras because superb lighting and high-quality lenses are of such paramount importance. I have high hopes that Kenon will come up with a new camera model that has a 35mm sensor and no more than 14 megapixels, but definitely not 21! Also, double check if the pricing is reasonable.

Pros
  • Taking high-quality photographs with a 35mm sensor under bright light Video filming
Cons
  • Noisy Matrix. Under the influence of artificial illumination, colors that are repulsive. Inconvenient management. Issues with the video recording process. Issues with syncing over wireless networks. There is not an internal flash. Overcharge.
