So far so good. I had this bot about a week after my last vacuum, the Deebot, died quite suddenly and unexpectedly about a month after the warranty expired. (Note: I bought the Asurion 3 year extended warranty on this vacuum, so I'm hoping I don't have to shell out another $$$ a year.) So far this vacuum is good anyway. I was very nervous about buying a vacuum that only had one rating at the time and it was a 5 star rating. But I held my breath and clicked buy and so far I haven't looked back. The vacuum is quiet enough to see The Office while it's running and seems to do a good job picking up my labrador's hair and all the crap my kids drop (food, dirt, leaves, etc.). The vacuum cleaner is really quiet. first level, but I usually run it at the top level. I can run it while my kids sleep. You can also set it to change suction power when moving from hard floor to carpet! It doesn't seem to get stuck in weird places like the last guy (his name was Dexter, by the way, RIP DEXTER!). Haven't tried using magnetic strips yet, but I will in time. That was actually a selling point for me because I thought it might be useful. There are also a few spares in the box which is nice. Both the remote control and the app are easy to use. You have to keep your house in order, which Dexter taught me. I also love that this bot (I named her Hanna) leaves lines on the carpet, albeit crazy and zigzagging. I don't care - the lines of the carpet make me feel like my house is clean. Yes, Hannah cleans RANDOMLY and it's VERY CLEAR in the description so the angry reviews about it are from people I don't think have read. I mean spend $500 if you need a robot to map your house. Remember I have two kids so I don't have $500. Anyway, I bought this vacuum and a Deebot to see which I like better and sent the Deebot back because of their disgusting customer service and the fact that my sweet precious Dexter only lasted a year. Yufi was quick to respond to my questions via email, Revain chat, and phone! I'm a little explorer. So you can trust this review haha. UPDATE: 12/13 I am not changing my rating for this vacuum cleaner yet. Hannah's side brush makes an awful scraping noise across the carpet. I do not know why. The company is sending me a new vacuum cleaner, let's see how the new bot holds up. I'm disappointed but I know lemons can be in any product. UPDATE 5/6/20 The new vacuum cleaner has the same problem as the first one. Such a disappointment. 5/8 - Customer service was extremely responsive and informed me that the side brush motors have been improved. I should get a new vacuum cleaner soon. Last but not least, their customer service is wonderful.
