Received this tree today. The box was damaged (torn) and looked like it had been opened and sealed. The tree was made of plastic. There was no return label or instructions on how to do this if needed. When I placed my order I noticed that this tree came with a damaged box but it was in brand new condition. I paid a higher price for a new tree and now I'm wondering if they sent me another one instead. (I can't remember if it was the same seller.). The tree itself is in good condition. I wish I could say I love him, but no. It is very difficult to bend the branches to look more like a tree than a one-dimensional stick. The lower branches bend with slight pressure, but the middle does not. While I'm disappointed in this branch tree, I plan to keep it to myself as I need it for the centerpiece of an upcoming event.
