My iSpring 6-Stage Alkaline Reverse Osmosis Filter is 3 years old and I absolutely love it. After 3 years of use, the reverse osmosis membrane filter must be replaced. I wanted to make sure I ordered the right thing, so I called customer service and spoke to Don. No waiting time. There is no phone menu with options to choose from. He just took my call right away and told me what filter to order, gave me advice on how to replace it and offered to send me extra fittings if I needed them. I wasn't worried because my plumber kept changing filters and it was always easy. But after reading some of the latest reviews online I thought my plumber might be in trouble. So I called iSpring a second time and spoke to Nick - again without going through the phone's menus before speaking to a live person. Nick gave me more information and said they could speed up the installation of extras if I need them. I said yes this time. As it turned out, the filter change went just as smoothly as the previous ones, but I appreciated the extra customization and extra support from the iSpring staff. And I really appreciate that the support team can be a phone call away so quickly. Thank you Don and Nick. I enjoy my clean water and the money I save by not buying bottled water.
