This is a really good USB rechargeable brush cleaner. It was actually charged which was a nice surprise so I could start testing right away. Unfortunately, almost immediately I encountered the fact that, despite the name and description, there are only 6 adapters in the kit, not 8. And this is a huge drawback. There is a pretty big difference in size among the smaller brushes, and I'm not talking about fancy brands. Some of my small brushes from ELF, EcoTools, Sonia Kashuk and Real Techniques do not fit on any of the adapters. This set really needs at least two more small sizes and I wouldn't be surprised to know that the same gaps exist on the larger sizes; I just ran out of power before I could test it. When adapters work, great. Easy to hold, easy to maneuver, etc. I managed to wash about 20 brushes (watercolor brushes AND makeup brushes - so remember, you don't have to use this just for makeup brushes) for a limited fee . The item was shipped with the issued. Not suitable for cat tongue watercolor brushes simply because the shape is not suitable for such washing. fit. However, you can use any size container - nothing prevents you from using a larger container for larger brushes, as long as you have an adapter for it. The lack of the full 8 adapters (probably because you didn't update the previous product listing) and cleaning issues with some of the standard sized brushes are the reason I'm downvoting this review. I would give 3.5 if I could; If these additional adapters had existed, the product would easily have received 4.5 stars.
