I like how easy it was to use, especially since we have no IT staff at all! It's very intuitive once you get used to it, so there are not many difficulties in using this system. There isn't much customization available for us to make our own templates or anything of that nature - but maybe that will be added later? We had been looking into several different record keeping solutions, including some cloud-based options which were more expensive than what we wanted to spend, and also lacked certain customizations. This came as an ideal fit because they offered almost everything we needed without having to pay extra costs, and it did exactly what we expected!
