The ability to connect with other software in order to get insights that are not available without it; for example connecting with our ERP system is helpful when trying to understand how sales of SKUs changes over time (using different price points) or what items customers buy more often than others etc. It's not as easy to use compared to some of the competition - perhaps because we're used to working with Excel where things like pivot tables/formulas would be very useful if they were supported here. However there's many ways you can work around this by using formulas instead which isn't an ideal solution but gets your job done! We've been able to identify patterns in our business processes that weren't apparent previously.
