The ease of use, flexibility to develop your own modules or add-ons for an enhanced user experience. It is robust enough by allowing you to create custom views using JSON data from external sources as well as its built-in functions such as draggable items around it so that they can be moved into different positions within the view window. There's nothing I dislike about this software - everything works beautifully! We have been able to integrate with our CRM system (Salesforce) to provide users with their daily schedule/appointments which allows them to easily access important information pertaining to meetings scheduled in advance.
