Had high hopes for the clear patch but was very disappointed with the results. I treated it like a sugar bandage: I shaved the day before, cleaned my skin with alcohol, put on a protective barrier cloth, and gave it at least 12 hours before a workout. It WILL NOT hold up to a sweat or shower and crumbled almost immediately. when I started sweating. Although the patch was reapplied to the skin after drying, it created a lot of wrinkles in that area and is not holding. Also, it dried out the skin and didn't cleanse it for 1 week even after using Aquaphor. I will definitely not buy this product again and I cannot recommend it.
