Since I have short to medium length hair, I ordered a 1.5” styler/hair dryer. I have used it several times. I agree with other reviewers that only the low or cool setting should be used to dry and style your hair (because the high setting is very hot). I have naturally thin gray hair that is also naturally curly. Using this Signature Series Hot Tools styler/hair dryer reduces styling/drying time to around 5 minutes. I also highly recommend using a heat protectant spray for styling. The combination of Hot Styling Protector and Hot Tools leaves my hair silky smooth and super shiny. It gives my hair the volume I'm looking for in my finished hairstyle. It's also great for styling 2-day hairstyles when you don't wash your hair again. I asked my husband to buy it for my birthday and I am very happy with it!
